PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARRASMENT (POSH)

Sexual harassment of women in workplace are a growing nuisance in organizations of almost all types. Such instances have a malicious effect on the morale of the employee, the organization’s reputation, and the overall well-being of all the people associated with the organization.
In this regard, to tackle the problem of sexual harassment, The Ministry of Women and Child Development (“Ministry”), by a Notification dated December 9, 2013 passed the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (the “Act”) which became effective from December 9, 2013.
HCA conducts POSH Training & is eligible to be an External representative for the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC).

POSH Training : Training programs for employees as well as members of Internal Committee.
